I had the privilege of taking some maternity photos for my friend Mikhail from back up in Michigan and they have really turned out beautiful. Then again she was such a beautiful pregnant lady it would have been hard to get any bad ones : )

sprite zero

So my husband and I traveled to Texas to visit family for the weekend of the 4th. We had a great time with all the fireworks and such. Kevin and I drove around the whole county watching everyone else's fireworks. Today we had to travel back home (which I was actually anxious to do since we'd left my baby, Hamilton, at home alone). After some interesting events such as me spilling Sprite Zero all over my jeans, it started to rain all the sudden. Then, just as quickly as it had started, it stopped again. It continued to do this several times as we drove and as I looked out my window I saw the coolest site. You could see the line between the two starkly different types of weather! It looked amazing and so I pulled out my trusty, not-so-dusty camera and started snapping. Now you may think that the above pictures were shopped to look like they do and you would be wrong. I changed lighting and such but the actual image is exactly what I saw out that window. It was absolutely amazing to see. Thought I'd sneak a picture of me in there ;) You don't want to see the one of Kevin... Later on as we drove the weather cleared on up and it was gorgeous! What crazy weather to be part of! :-D
